Client Feedback Questionnaire

At Navan Veterinary Services we have always been driven to provide the best possible service we can.  Be it timely emergency services to advice on nutrition, ventilation, employee management or many other farm operations.  It is also very important to us to keep ourselves on top of the latest research, medical or industrial that effect our industry.  Continuing education guest speakers and client meetings are all a part of this.

Having said that, it is important to get feed back from you from time to time to determine if there are areas that we can do better.  This month we (Brianne) have constructed a client survey to help improve our business.  A hardcopy is of the survey is available in this monthly billing and as a link on our Facebook page and our website.

We realize that every farm has their own expectation from their vet, but we do think it is a valuable exercise to get your feed-back.  Please take the time to fill out the survey.
